B&M Longworth has introduced its multi-patented DEECOM® ‘pressolysis’ process, which can be used to recycle textile fabrics and advanced materials.
The UK company has already seen success in the recovery of fibre from mixed materials, including intact tows from carbon fibre over-wrapped pressure vessels, but has now revealed it can be more widely applied to polymer recycling programmes.
