Alongside these inspirational projects, Officina39 will highlight its most recent technological innovations, including integrated sustainable solutions that redefine the future of denim, from eco-friendly garment finishing systems to groundbreaking processes for nylon and indigo.
Smart Bright: make denim sparkling
Officina39 introduces Smart Bright, an integrated package of solutions designed to enhance denim brilliance and color depth while maintaining fabric integrity.
This comprehensive system includes:
- Smart Bright Washing: antibackstaining and dispersing agents ensuring garment cleanliness.
- Smart Bright Post-Treatment: featuring Deterpal Bluecast for a vibrant bluish cast, avoiding the typical yellowing and greying effects of post-bleaching treatments.
- Smart Bright Finishing: with Noamin AZ 2.0, an anti-yellowing agent protecting indigo against ozone and nitrogen oxides.
The synergy of these elements delivers sparkling, bright, and resilient denim while optimizing process efficiency and cost.
ZeroPP | All.In: The new evolution of sustainable bleaching
Officina39 evolves its ZeroPP system, the full package of solutions to replace Potassium Permanganate, balancing effects, productivity, and cost, with the introduction of ZeroPP | All.In.This upgrade allows the application of Novascraper Indigo and Smart O3 directly on raw garments, completing the process in a single machine cycle. ZeroPP | All.In further streamlines production, saving time, energy, and resources while maintaining the authentic vintage effects that define the ZeroPP philosophy.
NylonWorn: changing the nylon identity
For the first time, Officina39 brings an authentic vintage look to nylon fabrics. The new NylonWorn process allows polyamide fabrics to achieve a soft, stretchy, durable, and sustainably treated vintage appearance, thanks to a unique waterless finishing treatment. Available in a wide range of vibrant, dusty tones, NylonWorn injects a fashion-forward spirit into traditionally technical textiles.
New fashion concepts: Dyed-Up Range and Colordust
In Officina39’s philosophy, technology and creativity go hand in hand. That’s why at Kingpins Amsterdam, alongside advanced sustainable solutions, there is also room for bold chromatic inspirations narrated by two new thematic concepts:
- Dyed-Up Range: a kaleidoscope of layered, brilliant colors and textured effects, breathing new life into fabric surfaces with unique tonalities.
- Colordust Collection: anspired by desert landscapes, this collection creates dusty, colorful effects on garments for an original and vintage aesthetic.
