Milan, Italy – 12 May, 2025 - FluidVision is an advanced visual system that combines generative AI and human aesthetic direction to produce professional images for fashion, design, beauty and brand communication that are impossible to produce with traditional means.
The current process of producing high-quality visual content, especially in the fashion, beauty, design and branding industries, is slow, expensive and rigid. Traditional photo and video shoots require logistics, teams, equipment, physical sets, casting, travel and extensive post-production. This creates significant obstacles for brands, both emerging and established, to create consistent visuals ready for large-scale campaigns. Meanwhile, the market demand for digital visual content has exploded. Brands now require weekly or even daily content streams for e-commerce, social platforms, advertising and international launches. This demand cannot be supported by traditional production processes.
FluidVision is a hybrid creative process (not an automatic platform) that works without photoshoots, but with visually consistent and personalized editorial results.
Technically FluidVision uses generative AI models such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL E and then uses advanced human editing through Photoshop, Lightroom, Retouch Pro, a customized post-production with Color correction, compositing, texture mapping, coordination tools such as Notion, Trello, Airtable (for workflows and briefings). FluidVision allows brands to reduce costs and delivery times while maintaining or increasing creative quality.
This can open up access to high-impact visual content for small and medium-sized businesses, stimulating economic competitiveness across the European creative sector. It also supports new business models in the visual economy, combining creative direction with artificial intelligence at scale.
FluidVision creates new opportunities for visual professionals who may be at risk of exclusion due to AI-driven automation.
Instead of replacing creatives, we integrate them into new hybrid workflows. Our roadmap includes onboarding programs, revenue sharing models and a distributed creative network across Europe and beyond. This supports resilience, inclusion and continuous learning in an ever-changing labor market.
By eliminating the need for physical photoshoots, travel, large crews and on-set production, FluidVision reduces the environmental impact associated with traditional content creation. This is in line with the EU’s environmental goals and the transition to more sustainable production practices. FluidVision supports the goals of the European Green Deal (sustainable production), Digital Europe (integrating AI with human-led design) and the Creative Europe program (access to high-quality cultural content).
What are the 4 main workflows of FluidVision
- Visual Integration: generation of editorial images from real products (fashion, design, beauty)
- Visual Upgrade: transformation of existing content into new, coherent, narrative visuals
- Concept to Vision: give visual form to ideas, environments and scenarios that do not yet exist
- Visual from Brief: building images from messages, emotions, words - even without product
FluidVision was born to transform the way brands produce images. It is a fluid, decentralized studio, operating between Milan, Ankara, Dubai and other cities. It is also a new way of thinking about visual creation: scalable, narrative, and already alive. The project was presented at the EIC Accelerator — a European program that supports highly innovative projects with a potential for real impact on the market.
FluidVision is already operational, with a method, an open dialogue with brands validated in over 30 briefs and an active international team.
