Larch: the cost-efficient gateway to CO₂ direct laser engraving

As part of SPGPrints’ comprehensive printing solutions, the Larch CO₂ direct laser engraver brings sustainability, precision and efficiency to rotary screen production. Building on decades of industry expertise, Larch employs a single-step dry process, eliminating water consumption, costly consumables and error-prone wet processes. This streamlined method reduces human errors and operational costs while delivering high-quality engraved screens quickly and reliably.

Designed for engraving departments with smaller volumes but high-quality requirements, Larch incorporates the same advanced technology as our MAPLE system at a lower investment cost. Together with SPGPrints’ in-house developed bestIMAGE CAM software, operators gain access to extensive raster lists, job file management and the intuitive SMART-GUI interface, simplifying screen production and increasing reproducibility.
