Berry Global Group, Inc has completed the acquisition of Laddawn, Inc – a manufacturer of blown polyethylene bags and films with an ecommerce sales platform at www.laddawn.com.
Laddawn is said to have a proven track record in delivering strong organic growth generating over US$145m of net sales for the 12 months ended 31 July 2018. Laddawn has 380 employees with five manufacturing sites spread across the US.
