IDEX, the organiser of Fashion SVP, announced today that a major expansion of the event – held between the 15 - 16 January 2019 in Olympia, London, UK - will be led by the launch of a dedicated knitwear focus.
Featuring over 40 major international producers of jersey wear casuals, traditional knits and knitted accessories, the new section Knit Solutions “will interest all brands and buyers looking for innovation and inspiration from the knitwear and jersey wear segment”, according to the organiser.
“The relentless expansion of the UK’s only international sourcing show continues with this exciting new development,” says Buzz Carter, CEO, Fashion SVP.
“We have teamed up with the top names in international knitwear to present Knit Solutions, a curated selection of the finest knitwear production on the planet. This is very much in line with what senior buyers have been saying they would like to see more of at the show.”
The knitwear launch comes hot on the heels of Source Denim, the Denim part of the Fashion SVP successfully launched at the June 2018 edition, and which, it is planned, will double in size for January.
