Hansol Paper launches its new dye sublimation paper line-up, Subli-Mate, at Innovate Textile & Apparel to fulfil customer needs in the growing sublimation market.
Hansol Paper is a leading paper manufacturer in Korea, well-known for producing comprehensive paper and packaging solutions for a wide range of applications.
Now, Hansol is launching an upgraded product portfolio suitable for various printer types and speeds to cover a wide range of applications.
“Hansol is generating tremendous momentum in the sublimation paper market with the brand Subli-Mate, thanks to the collaboration and support from our distributors and retail partners,” the company says.
The new range consists of the Subli-Mate Expert, Subli-Mate Origin, Subli-Mate Quick-Dry, Subli-Mate Eco and Subli-Mate Tacky.
The Subli-Mate Expert 45 gsm/57 gsm comes in these two grammages, both suitable for high speed printers. With fast ink absorption and high transfer yield, it is compatible for high speed machinery. Elsewhere, the Subli-Mate Origin offers a wide range of applications as it comes in three different grammages (60 gsm/80 gsm/100 gsm), and the Subli-Mate Quick-Dry (58 gsm/73 gsm) is customised to dry at a very fast speed. This particular machine offers cost competitiveness especially to customers who work with high-speed printers for fashion and home textile applications.
What’s more, the Subli-Mate Eco (45 gsm/50 gsm/70 gsm/95 gsm) is a cost-efficient solution that is suitable for various applications including fashion, soft signage and home textiles. It delivers ‘excellent’ drying speeds and is available in widths up to 3.28 m. And last but not least, the Subli-mate Tacky is the company’s sticky paper line-up that is ‘perfect’ for sublimating on elastic fabrics, such as sportswear printing. Hansol has three Tacky products that come in different stickiness options: Light Tacky, Medium Tacky, and High Tacky.
