At WTiN’s Innovate Textile & Apparel virtual trade show, technology OEM HP is showcasing its full range for wide-format dye-sublimation printing.

Its virtual product portfolio includes the HP Stitch S300 and Stitch S500, both 64-inch dye-sublimation printers, and the HP Stitch S100, a 126-inch super-wide dye-sublimation printer.

“The HP Stitch S300 is designed with the vision for low-volume productions [and features] printing speeds up to 62 m²/hr, an automated nozzle checking unit, automatic printhead maintenance, PrintOS (online remote control software), a built-in spectrophotometer and more,” HP explains.

The HP Stitch S500 is designed for mid to high 3.2m production, and boasts printing speeds up to 110 m²/hr, support for bigger rolls of media, 3L ink supplies and more.

Meanwhile, the company’s HP Stitch S1000 is a wide-format printer with printing speeds up to 220 m²/hr, “producing high-value jobs with 1,200 native dpi, deep blacks and vivid colours”, the company explains.

The machines will be on display at the company’s virtual booth on 15-30 October 2020.

Johan Spies, product manager, textiles, worldwide & EMEA, says the decision to exhibit at WTiN’s virtual trade show was a ‘very easy’ one: “We as HP have worked together with WTiN for a long time. When WTiN contacted us about the Innovate Textile & Apparel virtual trade show, we were immediately on board as being present with our HP Stitch dye-sublimation product line at a virtual booth – in these times – is very important.”

Spies adds that HP are looking forward to talking to and arranging appointments with visitors to explain the HP Stitch technology and its benefits.
