Italian manufacturer Ratti Luino presents twisting and covering machines for various applications.
Ratti Luino, with its brand names Ratti and OMM, is an Italian producer – since 1869 – of twisting machines for any type of filament yarn and covering machines for the processing of elastic and rigid yarns.
Its production and design are developed in-house; this means that it also tests the products in-house – spindles included. This enables Ratti Luino to grant the quality of its products and apply changes and customisations on the same products according to the customers’ needs.
In fact, the continuous dialogue with its customers is also regarded a significant result of the company’s success, according to Ratti Luino. “We follow the customer’s choices step by step: from the initial offer until after the machine installation, continuing in the years later; every time that the customer needs quick and useful support,” says the company.
In order to do this, the company employs a team of specialised technicians and engineers that are always working on new solutions. “We can also count on our R&D department, which is always in continuous cooperation with our textile laboratory, in which we create personalised solutions for all our customers,” the company adds.
