Mexar, a UK-based inkjet development and manufacturing company, is showcasing two product ranges at Innovate Textile & Apparel.
The first is Mexar Tex 1 – high-quality aqueous pigment inkjet ink for roll-to-roll textile printing. Mexar Tex 1 is said to offer a superb colour gamut, unrivalled jettability and excellent fastness properties – developed for a number of different printheads.
The second is Mexar Tex 3 – Mexar’s dye sublimation offering which has been developed for multiple printhead technologies with benefits including high fastness properties and deep vibrant colours. Using the highest-grade raw materials, Mexar develops and manufactures all of its inks in the UK.
As well as its product portfolio, Mexar also offers inkjet development services and can even offer tailor-made inkjet formulations. “If you have any inkjet formulation requirements, please do not hesitate to contact Mexar on its booth,” says the company.
Mexar has been operating since 2008 in the area of aqueous inkjet inks for industrial applications. With a ‘wealth of knowledge’ in different aspects of inkjet technology, Mexar has developed inks for a number of different platforms, including single-pass installations.
