Italy’s Vitale Barberis Canonico has paid a world record price for super summer kid mohair (first shearing) grown in the Aberdeen district of the Cape Midlands, South Africa.
The record price of R870 was paid for a bale of BSFK produced by Leon Eybers, while R830 per kg was paid for a bale of BSFK produced Pen Marx.
